A beautiful ride, nice people, perfect weather. Really nice place to ride.

Quite the Crew :)

Many long, wide, easy trails.

And many not so wide, not so flat, not so easy. But, lots of fun.

Park definitely has a lot of vertical aspect. Make sure your horse is ready to climb.

Grandma and Grandpa out with grandkid :) For 11, she's an excellent rider.

Oh so pretty valleys. Some almost rainforest feeling.

Wooo, yummy after all that climbing.

Mmmmmm, more water :)

Fire tower is an excellent rest stop with car and horse parking.

Fire tower picnic area with grand champion landscape views.

The view from the fire tower picnic area is impressive to say the least. Louisville is visible 22 miles away.

Another view of the landscape from the fire tower picnic area.

Fire tower itself is pretty high on top of a 1000 ft. hill.

Really nice camp ground. Plenty of water, otherwise primitive rated.

Awesome pot-luck dinner. Thanks to everyone.
And special thanks to Mary Lee for proving that the "traditional"
Lady Godiva ride was not just a rural myth.
Sorry and sadly, there are no known pictures of the event.
Mary Lee also likes to tend the camp fire.
